"I didn't expect much, since this is an airport hotel and it was a quick overnight. When I arrived Saturday at 11pm the restaurant/bar was hopping and people seemed to be having a good time. I was greeted and checked in right away by two different people. The room was fine, bed was comfortable and shampoo/soap provided. The rug looked a little "tired" and could be cleaned/replaced. But not a big deal. The only downside was the free shuttle requires you to go downstairs 45 minutes before departure to get a ticket - not 48 minutes, but 45 minutes. And you cannot reserved the night before. Since I was taking the 7:30 a.m. shuttle that meant getting up much earlier than I would have liked to. Once on the driver was friendly, terminal stops were clear and all went well. I'd stay again."

"Outstanding service from check-in to check-out. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious, spotless, and came with thoughtful perks that made our stay feel special. The location is perfect for exploring Madrid, we could walk to major sights, tapas bars, cafés, and supermarkets in minutes.Walking distance from Madrid Atocha train station and equipped with high-speed trains which takes you to to UNESCO listed gems like Toledo, Segovia, Ávila, Córdoba, and Zaragoza for easy day trips. Breakfast was superb! Generous buffet with plenty of hot and cold options, fresh fruit, pastries, and local specialties. They even pack breakfast to go if you’re heading out early for a tour which is very ideal for making the most of your day. We’d happily return on our next Madrid visit and highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting comfort, convenience, and genuine hospitality.
