"The apartment was a bit dirty and had maintenance items, like doors and wooden panels, behind the sofa in the living room, which was unappealing. There was also considerable damage to the shower doors, room doors, and the walls of the apartment. In my opinion, they should perform a general maintenance check before renting out the property. On the positive side, the location was in the heart of Madrid, with almost all tourist attractions within walking distance."

"Bedding wasn't clean on my arrival. To be fair they sorted it quickly once reported. Bathroom and kitchen was clean. Annoying that the cleaner washes the sheets in the kitchen as I had to listen to a washing machine for 2 hours when I wanted to relax. Area is dangerous at night. I was assaulted by a patron of the bar across the road. late at night when walking past."
