There was mere some damages to the furniture when we got there. Advised both Expedia and property management. Expedia advised the property management would respond. They never did. Very unprofessional & non-existent customer service.

Clean, good value & location but terrible service

The apartment was well located to the metro. It was spacious and clean and good value. The smart key worked well once set up. A few niggles being on the ground floor near the entrance as we could hear everyone coming in and out which disturbed our sleep, and likewise we could hear when they flushed the toilet which sounded like water running down the wall behind our bed, there was also a blue flashing light in the main bedroom which was too high to cover (probably a router?). Water, beer, little milk cartons, dishwasher tablets were a welcome gesture, but then we also lacked any trays for the oven. However, 90% of experience with the hosting company was atrocious. We received scam emails with links to add card details. When I had a problem with the verification system I did not receive a reply with assistance even after several days and I had to involve Hotels.com customer service, after which the host was responsive. These factors really tainted the whole experience and I would never recommend booking with them.

Es una propiedad muy comoda, con buenos espacios y muy bien presentado. Al llegar se encuentran varios detalles adicionales que te dejan en el refrigerador, agua, jugo de naranja e inclusive cerveza. Muy elegantes. Le resta puntaje la comunicación que no es de respuesta inmediata. Adicional la zona al rededor no es tan agradable. Hay buen comercio y supermercados cerca.
