Me he hospedado 4 veces en este hotel, uno de mis favoritos en Madrid y es la primera vez que me dan una habitación horrible, extremadamente pequeña, vista a un respiradero, los muebles parecían viejos, sé que el hotel tiene un estilo conservador pero no tenía idea que existían habitaciones tan poco confortables como esta última, siempre mi experiencia había sido superior a mis expectativas.
