I like everything about this hotel. Is modern, clean, beautiful and the staff is very helpful and friendly. The hotel has a pool, the room has a small fridge, the breakfast is included and the shuttle to the airport is complementary. Beautiful and practical hotel to stay in Madrid, Spain.
Convenient location close to airport with free airport shuttle. Great food at restaurant that was open until midnight. All sundries supplied in the room. They even held our lost luggage for 2 days before our arrival.
The property is very good, but the little details are a bit weird, for example, you can't sit on the toilet without hitting the toilet paper holder. Other than little details like that, everything else is perfect. The staff is amazing
We loved the location on Plaza Ana. The Hotel is modern, service very good, and the restaurant excellent.
