One staff member who stood out was Javier at the front desk. He consistently went above and beyond, greeting us with a smile every morning and approaching us in a professional manner. He made us feel like we truly belonged there. Javier even exceeded our expectations by finding us an excellent hairdresser and making an appointment for us."

"The hotel is not located in the most desirable area. Just one block away, there were numerous dumpsters that created an unpleasant odor. In addition, the breakfast area was extremely dirty, including the floors, tables, and chairs. I would recommend spending a little more for a better hotel chain, even if it means staying 10 minutes farther away, as the overall experience would likely be much better."
