"Ac did not work and we could not sleep. Pool was tiny and the vending machines empty. Rooms very small. I will not be back. Safe was not fastened to anything."

"The hotel is not located in the most desirable area. Just one block away, there were numerous dumpsters that created an unpleasant odor. In addition, the breakfast area was extremely dirty, including the floors, tables, and chairs. I would recommend spending a little more for a better hotel chain, even if it means staying 10 minutes farther away, as the overall experience would likely be much better."

"Très cher pour les services offerts. En moyenne 335$CA/jour n'incluant pas le déjeuner à 12€. Très petite chambre. Les prises électriques et les lumières sont suffisantes Savon tout usage dans la douche mais pas de porte-savon et il manque des tablettes et des crochets pour les serviettes et les vêtements."

"Room and hotel is so clean when we arrived, staff is available cause we checked in at 3pm. Note that they don’t always have staff in the front, but they are always available in the screen provided in the main door. Staff are available in person during morning and at night. Felt extremely safe and relaxed in this hotel. We truly enjoyed our stay and we will definitely come back. Access to the property is easy too when you learned how to properly access everything. You have to get the code from the link that they will sent you and use that code to access main doors and rooms. Hotel rooms can be locked as well so it’s safe and nice. Water pressure is good, but don’t waste hot water for nothing. Muchas gracias Hotel Negresco!"
