Besonders beeindruckt hat mich das echte Engagement für Nachhaltigkeit und die B Corp Zertifizierung – man merkt, dass hinter dem Konzept eine ehrliche Überzeugung steckt. Die Zimmer und Gemeinschaftsflächen waren tadellos sauber und gepflegt. Der entscheidende Kritikpunkt Leider wiegt ein wesentlicher Mangel schwerer als all diese Vorzüge: die Zimmergrösse steht in keinem vertretbaren Verhältnis zum Preis. Bei über 200 EUR pro Nacht war ich schlicht nicht darauf vorbereitet, wie beengt der Raum tatsächlich ist – das war ein echter Schockmoment beim Betreten des Zimmers. In dieser Preiskategorie darf man zu Recht ein Mindestmass an Komfort und Bewegungsfreiheit erwarten."

"I rarely write negative reviews, but our recent stay at this Madrid hotel was so horrendous that I feel obligated to warn others. Calling our room a "deathtrap" is honestly an understatement. Here is a breakdown of our nightmare experience: • Unlivable Conditions: They crammed four of us into a shockingly tiny 100-square-foot room. To make matters worse, there was absolutely no working HVAC. With four bodies in such a small space and zero air circulation, the room was genuinely suffocating. • Dismissive Service: Desperate for some air, we went down to the front desk to ask why the climate control wasn't working. Instead of an apology, a fan, or a room change, the staff was entirely unhelpful. Their grand solution? "Just open the window." • The Final Insult: The window they pointed to opened directly over a main street that is deafeningly loud 24/7. When we pointed out that the constant traffic and street noise would make sleep impossible, the front desk actually handed us cheap foam earplugs so we could "keep the window open." Between the suffocating heat, the claustrophobic quarters, and the sheer audacity of the staff offering earplugs instead of basic ventilation, this was easily one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. Do yourself a favor and book literally anywhere else in Madrid."

"Greet location amazing staff clean well designed rooms , but when other rooms doors shut it shook my bed and the inter web constantly signed me off , I found a lack of cell service as well . Breakfast was clean and grey not 25$ worth but happy staff clean and effectively kept up . Close to skydance animation and some local hubs and of course the train station "
