"I think the location was excellent. It was about a 10 to 15 minute walk from Atocha Station, even with a large suitcase, and around 15 minutes on foot to the Prado Museum.
The front desk staff were wonderful. Everyone was extremely kind and welcoming, and I really appreciated how patiently they answered my questions despite my limited English.
The room was clean, and I didn't notice any noise from outside during my stay. The room next door was a little noisy one evening, but it happened during a FIFA World Cup match, so I guess everyone was just enjoying the game! haha
The breakfast exceeded my expectations. There was a wide variety of bread, along with ham, salads, soup, and many other options. Everything was fresh and delicious. I also noticed that the breakfast staff were cheerful and seemed to genuinely enjoy their work, which created a very pleasant atmosphere.
If I visit Madrid again on a future trip to Spain, I would definitely love to stay here again. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable!"
