「The property was well kept and clean, the checking in process however could not have been more confusing, stressful, and unprofessional. We were asked to contact the host 20mins before arrival(we did) and we sent an additional reminder to be helpful and respect her time, yet it was clear she didn’t respect ours. Not only does the address not show up on maps(any version),but she left two women basically stranded on a corner on a random street in Madrid waiting for her to let us in. when she did...

「They consider triple accommodation a kids bunk bed that's falling apart. Staff were the worst part, unhelpful, didn't eve apologize for wasting our morning waiting for them as they accepted to keep our bags before checking in (which is insanely late, 4pm). they showed up a few minutes after 4. Quite rude, never responded to our concerns about the bunk bed, and only responded the last morning to ask for our departure time. I strongly recommend against this place.」

「Great stay!! Bed was comfy and great location」

¡Muchas gracias! Si tengo otra oportunidad, me gustaría volver a alojarme aquí....

「Clean room with air conditioning, shared kitchen and bathroom are also clean. That's pretty much all the advantages of this place. There is a long list of disadvantages, if you choose to stay. 1) The owner doesn't speak English. Communication is strictly Spanish only. 2) Location is not exactly convenient. It is 10 minutes walking distance away from nearby bus stops, which means you can't take advantage of the excellent public transportation system in Madrid. Walking to major attractions need...

「Excellent experience for the few days we stayed…」

「Bedding wasn't clean on my arrival. To be fair they sorted it quickly once reported. Bathroom and kitchen was clean. Annoying that the cleaner washes the sheets in the kitchen as I had to listen to a washing machine for 2 hours when I wanted to relax. Area is dangerous at night. I was assaulted by a patron of the bar across the road. late at night when walking past.」
