The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. Every detail, from the amenities to the customer service, was top-notch. The location was perfect, the atmosphere was amazing, and the overall experience was unforgettable. We truly felt taken care of throughout our entire stay. This was easily one of the best hotel experiences we ’ve ever had, and we can’t wait to come back again. Highly recommended!"

"- shower water was brown - the drain in the shower was loose and my husband tripped and fell - we were given a 20% coupon to use in hotel - one staff said it was for breakfast and the other staff said it was not and only used for dinner ( mis information was frustrating ) - celebrated husbands 30th birthday - staff provided Champagne which was appreciated - I would not recommend getting laundry done - information on the paper was mis leading and we had to pay more for the service"

"Large, clean and modern room with upgraded room facilities. Exceptional shower. Especially liked the spa wellness area. Probably the best breakfast selection in comparison to any other 5 star property. Try to get room with view as it is outstanding. It is gran via, the plaza españa and the royal palace. Staff very friendly and helpful. If I go back to Madrid I will stay here again."
