"If you dislike being trapped in a hotel room, then this is the place for you. Self catering but with the enhanced security of being in a supervised complex. Plenty of parking for a vehicle. The staff were outstandingly good. Reception, housekeeping, maintenance, all deserve a mention for their efficiency, courteousness and politeness. No complaints at all. "La ventaja de este hotel es que está cerca del Aereopuerto además que tiene una estación del metro a pocos minutos caminando si quieres ir a dar una vuelta por el centro de Madrid, el servicio de transporte de trasladó al aeropuerto solo funciona hasta las 9pm por lo que deberían extender un poco mas esté servcio para los que tienen vuelos despues de las 9pm."
