"En la habitación se escuchan todos los sonidos de las habitaciones vecinas, pasos movimientos de maletas, limpieza de la misma, en fin no se puede descansar por el ruido de los demás dentro del mismo hotel."

"Well maintained modern central Madrid hotel with staff that couldn't have been more helpful during my stay. The room was smart, clean & well-finished but looked out onto a ventilation shaft so the only way of seeing the sky was to hang out the window & look up! It also limited the amount of natural light reaching the room. There was a well-stocked fridge but no access to a kettle unless you hired it for your stay. Breakfast was plentiful. The evening menu was quite limited but there are so many restaurants within easy walking distance that it wasn't an issue. Stayed in a single room during my stay."

"The room was clean. The staff was excellent. The breakfast was very excellent. The issues….firstly, the first room we were in was next to a room under construction. The banging and drilling and hammering began early and ended late. We were woken up by the noise and disturbed by the noise in the afternoon. We asked just to be moved to a room of the same class as we were in but without noise. The 2nd room was so small we were tripping over each other. It was probably 1/2 the size of the previous one. The bathroom was so tiny that 2 people could not be in it at the same time. The room was clean. The amenities were fine BUT it was definately no where near the value of the other room. We were so tired that we found a way to make ourselves comfortable as we were not moving again! We also want to note…the walls were so thin we heard the water running, the hair dryer blowing, and the conversations of the room next to us. As far as location…you can’t ask for better. As far as staff etc…..they were truly professional. Other than the room, our stay was great."

"Great location in the center of Madrid. The hotel is tired - and there has clearly been no money invested in this property in a long time. Our first room had bad a/c (they tried to fix it 3x) and water leaking in the bathroom from above. Our second room had the electricity go off (no power) 3x. It's just tiring. The staff was helpful but they're dealing with an old building. The breakfast is ok and tired - sort of like the entire place. I would not recommend or return."
