"Clean overall, only thing to note. Late check-in fee after 11pm Madrid time is 40 euros. Also, their check-in process requires them to be there present, not a self-check in process. Was being rushed from the airport to get to the hotel, they kept calling me and messaging me asking about what time I will get there. I felt rushed, had to get a taxi over taking the train into Madrid which would’ve been cheaper. They also said “can you get here quicker” through the phone, so made the entire process...
