「Los servicios son de 10, la decoración de la entrada de la cada es exquisita y la habitación tiene todos los detalles para pasar una estancia agradable. La limpieza muy bien. El único inconveniente que tuvimos fue con la entrada ya que al ser con llave digital nos costó un poco entrar. Aún así mi valoración es de 10 y sin duda lo recomiendo, está en un sitio dónde hay mucho comercio y cerca del centro. Volveremos!! costó un poco entrar」

「Location was perfect, less than 2 blocks from Metro station on Gran Via and close to amazing shopping. Management has agreement with taxi service for flat rate to airport if booked in advance. Taxi was on time and reasonable. Highly recommend this service.There were some issues with room that could be quick fixes-1) no bars or hooks for towels anywhere2) balcony doors misaligned so would not shut or lock. 「This was not where we stayed, 3 days before we were due to travel to Madrid, we were contacted and informed that due to an electrical fault, the accommodation was not available, and offered an alternative at no extra cost, did we agree (a bit late to start searching again). We were told reception was open until 6pm, but still had to self-check in even though we were there before 6pm. 「The location was great and the bed was comfortable. However the room was dark and small with no windows. The shower leaked a great deal. Opening the door with your phone was annoying.」
