「the staff is good and helpful. the access is also good but at night the outside was noisy. it's better to choose up what you need. if there was a kettle or something to make hot water, i could stay more canfortable.」

「The location was great, only a few minutes from the Gran Via metro station. The cars do not come into the pedestrian street, so it is very quiet even at night. Lots of popular dining bars around. The room was compact but clean. One caution when you check in. It was difficult for us to locate this hostel because it looked very resiential and I didn't get to read the e-mail instructions as my phone was not connected. Look for the huge wooden door and ring a bell on the side to enter. Thank you!」

「部屋は清潔で清掃も綺麗に入ります。シャワーの水圧も良好で問題ないです。道沿いの部屋だったので少し音がうるさかったです。 受付の場所が分かりづらく、カフェの横にあります。迷っていたらスタッフが声をかけてくれて親切でした。」
