Loved the area, very walkable and well located minutes from plaza Mayor. Great breakfast and accommodating staff, we were able to check in before time as our room was ready early and leave luggage after checkout. Would definitely stay again.

I look for three things when staying abroad - hotel location, staff helpfulness and room cleanliness. This checks all the boxes. Breakfast was included. I don’t recall it being an add-on, be well worth it!

Staffs were helpful when I had to change my room with a balcony from the 3rd floor to a quieter room in the 5th floor without the balcony. The walls were thin and conversation could be heard and carried out in the hallway to my room. You can hear water running through the walls from neighboring rooms, and poor drainage in shower, and water temperature in showers are not consistent; also a challenge to maintain room temperature at times. Honestly, it was a bit pricey for the quality of the room I had. Your request may not be granted and you are assigned the rooms available when you arrive. Expect to not get the room advertised when booking. On a positive note, Prime location and plenty of places to discover plus metro stations are available nearby.
