Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and we especially enjoyed the made-to-order eggs prepared in different styles. We chose not to use the hotel parking after reading reviews about its narrow access, which might be challenging for a mid-size car. Instead, we used a nearby parking facility about an 8-minute walk away, which cost €35 for two days and worked out perfectly for us."

"LOVED THIS HOTEL IT TRULY SHOULD BE. 5star. The housekeeping and guest service staff were always so friendly and kind. Their staff always greeted and always watch who was in and out of the building which made me feel safe. Its city center and so many restaurants nearby. Everything was perfect even their breakfast and bar. "

"The hotel is on the Gran Via , an excellent location. Our room is spacious and great condition with balcony. We were able to see st. Patrick parade on the Gram Via from our balcony and window ( down on the street) . Room is very clean and comfortable. Wash room is great too . We like our room and vacation very much. Breakfast is 24€ per person, but nearby has a lot of eateries! "

"BEST HOTEL EVER!!! Beautiful and convenient location, lively but still quiet and close to the metro. We booked the luxury penthouse and it was gorgeous with a spacious private terrace. The breakfast was spectacular and offered just about every type of food & beverage you can imagine. Every member of the staff was sweet, friendly and helpful. Bed was amazingly comfortable and the bath was luxurious! They even have Dyson hair dryers!! We could not have loved this hotel any more and stayed until the very last second before checkout. Did I mention it also smells delicious?"
