I insist that this is the best hotel - the experience is like going into other dimension. The price is amazing. Great gym. Amazing breakfast. It is a very modern hotel. Love it! Will be my first option to look up in every city I visit in the future.

Friendly, helpful staff and an excellent welcoming atmosphere. Facilities were excellent and the two restaurants gave great food for very good value. Location is fantastic; close to metro stations, the Palace, walkable to main shopping areas and sights. I would stay here again and would look out for other Social Hub Hotels in other cities. One of the best hotels we have stayed in for families with teenagers.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel is very centric which allows you to save on transport. There are many restaurants around. There is a beautiful open area that guest can sit to read or work.

This was my first time solo travelling, in Madrid, and staying at The Social Hub and I absolutely loved it. I stayed in a Deluxe King Terrace which was ideal for offering outside space of a morning and evening, but also being able to access the communal space. The hotel is incredibly well designed with plenty of space to use - from the reception/cafe, to rooftop pool/bar, outdoor central loungers, and gym. I loved the industrial design of the rooms and it felt like everything had been thought about, including a laundry room which is normally an extra charge, or something you’d find in an apartment with washing machine. The location is great - just a stone’s throw from the Royal Palace and Plaza de España. It was easy to get around via the metro which I also used for the airport too. Loved my stay and really looking forward to returning at some point in the future.

The room was clean and comfortable. Our room 7304 had two balconies that over looked the park and faced the palace. We were a 5 minute walk from Grand Via and around the corner from the Principle Pio Metro station. There is a cafe in the lobby, a pool, and a roof top bar. I enjoyed staying here and will stay again.
