"This is the second time we have stayed at this property and would not stay anywhere else in Madrid. Breakfast is world class. Huge doesn't even begin to describe the options. Perfect location. Beautiful rooms. We love this hotel. Staff completely takes care of you. This hotel is first class."

"Great location and very clean and front staff super helpful. The water pressure is beyond good, it was so strong I couldn’t face the shower. The walls were thin. I couldn’t hear the office staff on the phone as they were next door. The pillows were weird. Long and thin. The lobby has a small place to eat. It’s more fun to just step outside. They didn’t have converters or earlier check in. I would recommend this for lower frills budget at last minute."

"At first, we were reluctant to stay at an airport hotel. But family had booked ahead there as it turned out when ended up being quite pleased. Even though we plan to stay only for one night initially we ended up staying for three more until we left Madrid for a flight to Athens. And as it turns out the hotel was conveniently located for such a flight. But other than that, it was much like a welcome resort hotel where staff were very helpful in planning our days in Madrid. Restaurant was an excellent place to enjoy an evening meal or a morning breakfast. A highlight was spending a whole afternoon by the hotel pool sunbathing and enjoying the relaxed atmosphere of the hotel."

"I paid for a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom suite. I was celebrating my husband's birthday on Friday June 12th. The reception asked what I was celebrating before arriving. My friends decided to take along as well since her birthday was on May 29th. When I arrived there was a piece of cake and balloon for my friend. She ended up with the bigger room since they put the balloon in side the larger suite even though she didn't pay. Then I go to the other room and ther3 is no TV and the bathroom is in the hallway which was not mentioned. No robes to walk back and forth. Then when it was my husband's birthday nothing was done. So I am not sure why it was done for one but not both. She was happy but I was a bit disappointed since nothing was done for the person that we were actually coming to celebrate in Spain. This is also the first time I stay outside of a brand hotel."

"Check in was a slight hiccup. I couldn’t find the email for after hours check in but the number they provided worked and the person helped us through the 2 door codes and printed our key card. Air worked perfectly, got a little too cold! Bathroom is small but to be expected in Europe. Shower pressure was fabulous. Some noise at night on the weekend but we were good with a sound machine. They have electronic black out curtains. The biggest success was I didn’t check the voltage of my hairdryer so it didn’t work but the hostal had a hairdryer WITH A DIFFUSER for my curls. 5 stars just for that. They let us stow our bags at check out. Close to walk everywhere and close to the metro."
