Best Hotel staff ever!!! Fantastic location too!!
I have been staying at this hotel for over 15 years. Location is great but that is nit the reason: it is their staff. Most of them have been there for years and I have never ever seen such a fantastic team. I know Madrid really well and would never ever Conceive staying at another place. Highly, highly recommend!!!

We stayed 2 nights at the hotel with a family of 4. The suite was very specious with a mini fridge. The room was clean, however, the bathroom was not as clean as I would expect it to be (found hairs but wiped the tub and sink myself). The location of the hotel is great, within walkable distance to the main attractions in Madrid and parking available next to the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall I was happy with my stay for the price!!I would recommend this hotel!
