Bar staff were so poor on the rooftop and the sushi was awful. Cleaning staff twice messed up and left us with no towels, waited an hour to get them despite needing them right away

Great little boutique hotel right in the middle of Madrid. Easy walking to anywhere from here. But also super quiet hotel at night with no city noise so it made it great to get some good sleep. Also beds and pillows were great too.
