"Great location, subway at walking distance! Traveled with my 13 yr old daughter, the area was very safe and convenient! The breakfast was included and delicious!!!"

"This hotel is in a very tourist area. Think Hollywood blvd (but WAY cleaner and with a great outdoor restaurant right next door. Just alot of shopping and people all day and night.) It was a girls trip so we thought it would be a safe bet and it was. We always felt safe even when coming home late from dinner/ bars or concert. The hotel has great food options inside so that was great. The staff was always helpful with gettin taxis, more bathroom items, etc. We had a jr. suite for 3 ladies and it was perfect. Hotel was very clean and had such cute decor. We highly recommend staying here."

"El hotel es nuevo, cerca del aeropuerto, lo malo que se escucha demasiado el ruido de las otras habitaciones y que indican que tienen traslado al aetopuerto pero ojo, solo es cuando sales del hotel, al llegar no prestan ese servicio y no lo aclaran. También el servicio del hotel hacia el aeropuerto es limitado, por lo qur hay que anticiparse para lohrar espacio y nadie ayuda con las maletas, ni siquiera a asegurarlas, y si alhuien colocó la maleta encima de otras se vienen encima de las personas. Me parece que si tienen que mejorar esa parte si van a prestar ese servicio"

"Room has exactly what an overnight stay requires and is very clean. Need to put thinner pillows as the available pillows were too thick and caused neck pain. The amenities had all that a traveller needs including chargers and ear phones and a good variety of snacks. However, the common area table and the dining area tables were not cleaned regularly so there were crumbs from previous users. The shuttle service was useless to us because we could not get a link to register for our late night arrival. The shuttle service also works limited hours in the morning and evening but not during the day. The reception staff we encountered were outstanding."
