The room was clean the facilities were modern we were in room B114,there was constant noise in the corridor outside the room for approx 1 hour around midnight and there are no phone in the room to contact reception the hotel has many guests in the late teens/early twenties who were active until the early hours

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. It was close to many sights and transportation modes. Its location made it easy for me to get around Madrid. The room was everything I needed.

The staff are not willing to help they do the bear minimum and less no customer service the room was supposed to be cleaned every two days they never came to clean the rooms were ok and in general the building is ok well located sad that staff specially the reception were like robots

The hotel has an excellent location, right across from the train station and surrounded by excellent restaurants and a supermarket. The hotel is very clean and the staff is very attentive.

The property itself was pretty clean, nice area right across from the train. It was in close proximity to walk to places. My bed sheets/linens were stained. The lady at the front desk when we initially arrived was very friendly. We were there early so they held our bags until check in so we could go explore. Upon arrival the guy at the customer service desk was rude I don’t think he cared for people of color to be honest
