Nice boutique hotel. Staff were friendly and efficient. Room was a bit small and we had a hot water issue. But these are minor gripes. The breakfast was good quality with a wide choice. Excellent central location. Overall a good experience.

Lovely hotel in great central spot

Very nice hotel, in great part of the city for visiting sights and having lots of restaurants close by. Lovely historic building with individual features. Check out was a bit of a palaver but not a major drama. Breakfast was ok, but there was no variety over the days we were there so it got a bit boring.

Excellent breakfast available at the hotel, along with options in the town. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The jazz piano event at the other Meninas hotel was great! There a supermarket right across the street, and the Metro station is right down the street. I'd stay again.

Perfect hotel for first trip to Madrid. Lovely boutique renovation and interior design. Friendly, helpful staff. Small room with good layout, not at all cramped. Appreciated the very quiet room, comfortable bed and pillows. Excellent breakfast buffet. I would definitely stay here again

Enjoyed staying at this motel immensly. Great location, near the metro and many eating option near by. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room (for 3 adults) wasn't big but it was clean and roomy enough for the 3 of us to enjoy.

Lovely stay at Hotel Meninas; conveniently located and was provided everything we needed including any extra towels/slippers. The only thing was that the wifi connection in the suite was extremely poor and didn't work for majority of our trip (only appeared to work in the washroom). Asides from that, staff were great and they held our luggage for us on the day we checked out as our flight was later in the day.

Hotel rooms s located in a central spot fantastic to get to all sights. We walked to everything. The amenities were good within the hotel room. Bedding clean, rooms neat and tidy. Only feedback, no fan in the bathroom, and the tv wasn’t a smart tv and was local channels only. The tv didn’t matter much as we were out most of the time but is an expected basic requirement for hotels nowadays especially when staying in a large city such as Madrid.
