Find Ski Hotels in Hanoi

"This hotel is somewhere I've stayed before. Usually sound & reliable. This time I booked & prepaid only to find, quite by chance, that they had effectively cancelled my booking WITHOUT FORMALLY TELLING ME so they could carry out a long term refurbishment. On the day of my supposed check-in the place was a building site. I'd had the foresight to rebook at another place so that at least I had somewhere to stay at the start of my 3 month visit to Hanoi. "Good location with lots of food and tour options nearby. Unfortunately not the best of places to stay, the window in the room looked out onto the main stairwell which was covered in junk and meant the light was on all night. The room never felt entirely clean, bed sheets weren’t changed, bin was never emptied and open bottles of drinks in the fridge upon arrival. The safety box also did not work, lighting was often flickering and the noise from around the hotel was loud. A shame because the...

"Location was good - a convenience mart was just outside the hotel. Staff were friendly , especially their manager Jasmine. Jasmine provided us with excellent service - taking care of our days trips, transportation and recommendating places to eat or visit. She ensured that our stay was pleasant and memorable in Hanoi."

"place is somewhat hidden ,but is safe.very clean.staff was very friendly and helpfull in giving info as far as tours were concerned.. and helped in arranging tours. was picked up at hotels doors for all tours.Do recommend this hotel"
