"Large hotel located 3 minutes walk from Kensington High Street tube. Only snag was the noise of the trains on the tracks at the back of the hotel. Ran until late and restarted early. Our room’s double glazing wouldn’t lock tight closed. Otherwise a good hotel."

"Check-In: Friendly and efficient. Room: Got upgraded to a family room which is great as room was spacious. However no toiletries or tissues! Had to ask for them but only tissue box was provided. Maybe eco-toiletries means no toiletries. A hiccup that reduces this rating by 1 star! Breakfast : Value for money with lots of varieties to choose from. Location: So so convenient. Just next to Gloucester Road station and quite a number of shops around the place including Tesco and Waitrose."

"Stayed for the night for proximity to Old Trafford. Very easy 15 min walk to/from stadium. Rooms got everything you need. Good breakfast. Plenty car parking which is free."
