The double room was very clean and comfortable overlooking the carpark, unfortunately even though we booked a breakfast we never had the chance to sample it as a last minute hospital appointment meant we left before breakfast. But I would definitely come back.

Itโ€™s our second time to stay here and didnโ€™t disappoint. Staff are very helpful and polite. Parking is free as long as you register it at reception during check in. We love the room overlooking the water. Will stay again soon.

Leah on reception was amazing and considerate, she got me a tooth brush and I really enjoyed my stay its a really good option at a good price if you don't want all the frills but just want somewhere thats clean and offers a good friendly service. I would say it feels better than an Ibis across the road and better than alot of hotels at that price point I got a room on a Thursdays for 55pd I think through Expedia this included a free drink. Perfect location for The Lowry theatre, walkable in 20mins. Large clean room, bathroom a little dated, but perfectly clean and absolutely fine. No air con but a fan was provided and comfortable bed - we slept really well. Breakfast really good value for money, plenty of fresh food and friendly staff. Would definitely return and highly recommend.
