「I arrived at the park to be told that the hot tub I had paid for wasn’t working. I was refunded £100 which is what I paid for it. It wasn’t fixed during my stay we had 4 night stay. Had food at the bar what I ordered wasn’t what I got so was disappointing. We went to the entertainment area one night bar stuff slow and came across rude like couldn’t be bothered to serve rather be chatting with other staff also I put my dirty glasses on the bar that was still there 45mins later when we left. 「A very different experience, a shame it was November so the weather wasn't great, but still a great experience. Would definately recommend flip flops for the bus stop showers, as that floor was a tad painful. And a shame the shower with a view had suffered in the last freeze, would be great in summer. Will consider a revisit in warmer weather if we need a place to stay in the area in the future.」
