"Super friendly staff. Nice big room with comfy bed. Only thing missing was there was no plug sockets by the bed so had to charge my phone on the table by the mirror - meant I had to actually get out of bed to turn off my alarm and couldn’t scroll through my phone in bed while it was low on battery. Otherwise couldn’t fault it "

"Very happy with the stay, only complaint is that we asked for an early morning call at 4.45am which did not happen, luckily we woke in time as we had a flight to catch."

General manager, Rama was really helpful and made a kind gesture for our anniversary of chocolate cake with “Happy Anniversary “ written in sauce. Hotel could do with updating as no central heating, windows old, sofa badly stained. Plenty of choice on half board and bed was super comfy. Would stay again."

"The stay was great. We arrived in the early evening and were given a good room. I requested a roll away bed for our son. We were told that unfortunately they didn't have any left, but they could upgrade us to a mini suite. They enabled us to have a successful trip by moving a few things around while treating us as valued individuals and guests. The spa and pool were under renovation during our vist "
