「Perfect location for our half way stop on NC 500 so glad we had sunshine as the roads to the cottage would be challenging in bad weather. We did try to drive down to the beach for sunset but missed the turning and ended up stuck behind a herd of cows. It was good to light a fire have a drink and warm up a pizza. The bed wasn't the most comfortable but we forgave it because everything else was so good ( and we do usually sleep on king size vspring which is difficult to match away from home) 」

「Beautiful setting, very well looked after. The room was spotless it had everything you needed. A lovely welcome. We wanted to book in early as we had to be somewhere. The lovely lady on the phone arranged it no problem. I would highly recommend this place.」

「Wonderful accommodation in a lovely village with a great pub within walking distance.Knarsborough is nearby with boat hire and walks along the river and Fountains Abbey national trust is definitely worth a day trip to.」

「Loved the cottage Red Deer. We have stayed in the one bedroom before Brochure. Settee was a bit uncomfortable. No hairdryer although listed as having one, so had to go and buy a travel hairdryer. Disappointed that there wasn’t any hand soap provided in the bathroom Apart from that we would come back as it is very spacious. 」

「Lovely little spot on top of the hill near the Talisker Distillery. Property was as described and there were plenty of sheep nearby so you'd often hear a random bleat in the moments of silence. Would return!」

「Really enjoyed the Little Cottage , located in a nice quiet area . They also have a Chapel on the property ( if you fancy a quiet Wedding ) . Also had a couple of sheep and a Mule , kid's would love it . It's a well situation location for Visiting other popular area's . 」

"2025.9.25〜28の3泊親娘で利用しました。部屋の広さを優先してジュニアスイートを選び大正解！ジャグジー付きバスで疲労回復しました。駅から女子歩幅で6分、木立ありで静か。ポット、ティーカップ、コップ粉末コーヒーもセットされてました。残念な事は朝食で豆、卵、ベーコン、フルーツで毎日同じでした。(朝食なしの予約でも良い)駅には色々食べる店あり。古いホテルなのか廊下に段差あったり部屋の床がきしんだり、、、手入れされていて清潔でした。新婚さんにもジュニアスイートならおすすめです。"
