「ホテルの受付の男性がホテルをクローズしてどこかに行ってしまい、チェックインできずに1時間以上も夜、ホテルの外で待たなくてはなりませんでした。もともとホテルの入り口がウナギの寝床のようにとても細く見つかりにくい場所で、しかも周りは飲食店が多いため酔っ払いに絡まれたりしました。最初に課金されるシステムでしたので「だまされた？」と思い近くにあった警察に相談しました。警察が何度電話しても受付の男性は電話に全く出ず、ようやくホテルの部屋に入れたのは夜の12時でした。ホテルの受付の男の人は謝罪もせずに、「お前が来るのが遅い」ですとか悪態をつき、今まで泊まったホテルの中で1番失礼な態度でした。ホテルの室内はブティックホテルでおしゃれな感じではありますが、エレベーターはありません。ホテルの値段の価値は全くないです。ロンドンで、怖い・不快な思いをしました。」
