Everything was as it was advertised, a little run down but the ground were stunning and the staff were great! The Greek lady on the evening shift was exceptionally hospitable! If we find ourselves back in Southampton we’ll be staying here

The reception and checkin and check out were superb. The room was also excellent. The leisure centre was also great. Breakfast was poor. No staff, Broken coffee machine, food ran out, poor selection, dirty plates - overall poor.

The hotel is in a beautiful setting with the golf course on site. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was nice but a little dated which I think is reflected in the cost. Overall a very nice stay.

Stayed with my Cavapoo and the all the staff especially Sophia on the front desk were fantastic. Veggie breakfast was really good with best veggie sausages ! Great to sit on the terrace with good WiFi to be able to work on the Friday outside. Highly recommend the place to stay even though I do not play golf or used the pool.

This was a lovely hotel with a great energy flow Feel comfortable and welcoming The only issue I had was paying £5 per person to use the health club This was detailed in the booking so I was surprised to find this out upon check in. I do not have an issue with this had I know beforehand. This adds another £20 to your booking price when there is 4 of you but we really enjoyed the stay here would totally recommend.

Lots of parking. Large gym, pool was ok, each person had to pay £5 to use the gym/pool. The restaurant only had a buffet on but there are good pubs and restaurants which were a short drive away.

The room had everything you need but wasn’t clean and they don’t clean during your stay either. You can get new towels from reception, but no one is coming to get your previous wet/used ones. Reception desk is impressive and the 2 girls were smiley and attentive. Bathroom was ok but looking very tired. Shower was good and powerful. Parking is easy and the golf course looks good. For the price it wasn’t great value. We might stay again if we can’t find anything better, for the next Goodwood festival of speed.

Very pleased with this choice of hotel, that the staff seem to take great pride in and conduct themselves like they have shares in it. Evening meal was great quality. Fitness facilities require you to walk outside of the hotel, but are worth it. Location was perfect for me having to access a few different towns in the area, and remote with far-reaching views surrounding. My only complaint would have been that I had an accessible room (I may have booked in a hurry), and the furniture arrangement was accessibility-centred and slightly inconvenient. Overall, a great hotel and will definitely stay again when in the area for business.
