The house was spectular, kitchen fully equipped, large lounge and very spacious and comfortable for us all. 4 bedrooms in the main house, plus 3 bedrooms in the out house. Now to start with the games room - we utilised this daily night & day, with enough games to cater for us all. 「Property is well presented, I wouldn’t say it’s luxury though but lovely location. We did enjoy our time at the house. Great size kitchen but could do with new pans, more serving dishes/salad bowl/water jug/cocktail glasses/chopping boards (should have one for raw meat, one for cooked meat and one for fruit and veg) knives blunt too, again very tired looking. The garden was bit disappointing, boarders could look much nicer and would have been nice to have more than 2 sun loungers but I...

「This fantastic coastal home was an absolute joy to stay in, with attention to detail and gorgeous views with both sunrises and sunsets enjoyed by all. This is a unique property with plenty space for a group of 10 people. Access to the beach at Broughty Ferry just a stones throw away makes for a beautiful stay. Thanks to our host and her absolutely flawless communication and care. We will be back! 」

「We loved the layout and the location was fantastic - a really short drive to the beach. Unfortunately it smelled quite badly of cigarette smoke and the washing machine smelled musty so we had to use the laundromat on site instead. We would have liked to have had some USB plugs. 」

「We were disappointed that there was no welcome pack, not even a teabag. The location is wonderful, but for the money paid, cleanliness wasn’t great. The dishwasher hadn’t been completely emptied, cobwebs visible, sofa corners - not pleasant & log basket wasn’t full for our first cold night indoors. The downstairs shower leaked water all over the floor under the glass side panel. But the house is lovely - just a bit more TLC.」
