"The hotel is in a perfect location, walking distance to the London Eye & Palace of Westminster. The hotel is huge & very clean. It also serves a very good breakfast & has 2 restaurants on site. My only complaint is that the sink in our bathroom drained very slowly. It was an inconvenience for us."

"This hotel is right in the middle of everything and is a good price for the location. It is clean and safe. There are few amenities, as to be expected. The only issue is that the hotel elevators are very small and very slow. I would request a lower floor and take the stairs, if you can."

"Very nice room, Bit surprised no HVAC, but temperature was easily kept comfortable with open window. Service to room was excellent. Very helpful (and plentiful) lobby staff to field questions. On a very busy day, one host accommodated us with an alternate dining room for breakfast. Hotel conveniently in reach of the major sites in London."

"Great location, however wasnt advertised as a student hub. Very busy at times with events and parties. Not what we were looking for. Excellent upstairs bar was nice for a drink or two. Would recommend for younger travellers."

"We celebrated my partner's birthday, we had a room overlooking the park which was breathtaking, the room was modern and clean, what you expect from a 5 star hotel. All the staff ww met were kind, polite and went above and beyond to ensure we had an enjoyable stay. Lots of choices for buffet breakfast, delicious food. Overall, the service was outstanding! While we were there we booked another weekend stay."

"It was fine for one night. Check in is automated. It’s clean and accommodated 3 people well. Don’t expect water glasses or other amenities. Also, charges for baggage storage and late check out are extremely expensive"
