Absolutely amazing hotel! The staff was super friendly and rooms were nice and clean. Offers a really nice breakfast with an incredible view of the city. Very lively in a great location close to everything! We’ll definitely stay there again!!

The rooms are fairly dated for what you pay. The staff is very nice and accomodating. The area around the hotel has lots to see and many shopping and dining options. It is easy to get to the train station as it is the next block over. Parking is difficult as you need to find the nearest parking garages and during busy times the traffic can be horrendous, especially with road construction. It took us over 25 minutes to go around two blocks to access the parking garage. This is not the hotel's fault, but something to be aware of.

The room was comfortable and very quiet despite being in a busy shopping district of Glasgow. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel was within easy walking distance of the train station and shopping and restaurants.

The location was great and convenient for train travel. The hotel decor is tired, and even though we were supposed to have a VIP upgrade, our room was far smaller and ill equipped than others. We were short changed on space, barely able to get around the room. The staff was polite, but even though we put our towels on the floor to cue replacing after a couple day’s use, they were just folded and placed back on the heated rack. The next day we asked directly for clean, fresh towels and they did the same thing. Also, we stayed a week and the carpet was never vacuumed.

I can not recommend this hotel enough. It’s less than a minute from queen street station, the staff including Amy when we checked in was so helpful and lovely. Our room had a balcony and was a good size and the mini bar also had decanters and just all felt very decadent. Will definitely stay again. The lounge was great too with again really friendly helpful staff. So glad I went with this hotel

This hotel is in a great location. It is right next to Queen Street station which is great for the train. Right next to Buchanan Street where all action is. There restaurant has a lovely view. This is our second time staying here and will come back again.
