Nice hotel, can be a bit noisy if you’re on the Cavern Club side but it didn’t really annoy us. Loved the hotel pictures and decor and the staff were friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff are amazing particularly Amber, Mo and Mahmoud they ready provided an incredible level of help , advice and friendly local knowledge. On the down side no room service and bar snacks such as sandwiches or hot snacks food for the bar . I went to the dining room at 8.50 onto ask for some fries I was told closedat 8.45 pm and there's food outlets out in the local area.As a former chef in Londo for15 years I found some of these practices strange. We were enjoying the company of other guests and there was only a choice of 3 packets of chilli crispsor 1 packet of nuts all evening in the bar.Why when there is a restaurant can staff not make assume simple sandwich or some hot food in the bar a 4 star hotel .Apart from this the hotel is amazing.

The atmosphere was great and I usually don’t review hotels as I’ve never had an issue but the man at the front desk was quite rude and the room I was given did not meet the expectations based on photos and square footage. I loved the area and for that alone it was worth it but if I was staying more than one night I would recommend choosing a different establishment.

The hotel honours the Beetles group. Best and professional service. For the food quality of room and ensuite shower and bath, the price was fair. Very recommended, I hope one day to go back soon.

Well obviously my grandaughter absolutely loved the Beatles theme of the hotel, even down to George looking after us in our room which was lovely and soacious, great shower and facilities. Very clean bedding and comfortable bed. Only niggle....how to switch air con off , we couldnt control it! Thank you to Emma on front desk with help about leaving luggage and thanks to lovely singer in bar last night. A real treat after Bootleg Beatles/Royal Liverpool Philamonic at M&S arena. We had a great stay....it is Liverpool after all. So so friendly and fun.

This was the second time we have stayed here and once again we loved it. The room was large, spacious, clean and very comfortable. Love the Beatles theme too. Highly recommended.

Just spent a great evening in lovely Liverpool and I highly recommend other visitors to choose Hard Days Night Hotel as their place to stay. Lovely friendly staff that were informative with all questions asked. No request was too big or small. When I visit again, I will definitely be staying there once more. Unique and wonderful hotel within a minute’s walk of the famous Cavern Club. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay as well as the entire area. Simply fantastic. If you’re a Beatles fan, this is a must visit . If you’re not, it’s still a must visit.

We come here three times a year . Staff are always friendly loved the rooms. This room on this occasion we had on the 5th floor wasn't to the standards that we have been used to. It was very disappointing in fact .

Overall a great experience. Front desk and staff were all very friendly and helpful. Property is a little dated, but not it a way that would stop from staying there again. Conveniently located, within walking distance to most food, shopping, and tour spots.
