My flight was delayed, so I arrived for check-in late at night. However, the staff welcomed us warmly, and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options. I also used the spa twice during our stay and were very pleased with the service. Everyone at the front desk and the spa greeted me warmly and was friendly and welcoming. After check-out, the hotel kindly stored my luggage, allowing me to continue sightseeing until the last day. They also told the taxi driver my destination, which helped me get safely to the airport. Overall, I had a very comfortable and pleasant stay.
