「Host gave many excellent helpful suggestions and was great with communication. Edwin and Erma were nice and we did enjoy them cooking for us the last night. House was perfect for what we needed. Love the location except for that horrible road. We definitely plan to go back there!」

「Fabulous stay! The condo was spotless and fully stocked with everything we needed. The pool was clean and refreshing, and the beach was absolutely gorgeous. The whole area felt safe, peaceful, and friendly, with plenty of convenient parking. We arrived late at night and had a little trouble spotting the ‘Nahil’ sign above the entrance, but we found it. The night guard, Alberto, was incredibly kind and helpful. The only downside to our entire trip had nothing to do with the condo or the area .....

「As advertised, modern condo steps from beach.The condo and area exceeded our expectations. It's situated in a safe gated beachfront community between Cozumel, Playa del Carmen and Tulum which are all 30 minutes or less by car and ferry in Cozumel's case. It has good restaurants and bars all within walking distance. Property staff and host Susana are very responsive and helpful. Very relaxing and fun, we had a great time.
