「Excelente estadía el staff fue súper amable nuestra habitación estuvo siempre limpia y arreglada cuando llegábamos de nuestras salidas, ofrecen muchos servicios de masajes y comida a la habitación, el servicio de renta de movilidad fue muy eficaz y servicial, nos encantó y volveríamos aquí sin dudarlo.」

「All their services and cleanliness of the hotel, I ordered dinner it was excellent. Love their checkout time at 12 noon. I couldn’t get a seat out yesterday and this Hotel was so convenient just to walk over and stayed the night. I will recommend this beautiful hotel ❤️」

「I liked hotel design, building, rooms, cleanliness and pleasant staff, free Kayak for sea/ocean BUT 1) Does not have variety of restaurants in the hotel or around it ( IT IS A BIG DEAL ). Entire area has hotel restaurants & food is 3/5 rating. BTW Be aware!!! shuttle 24/ Hours from Hotel to Airport is 120$ as per Hotel management and we paid 75$ by Cab ( we got lucky) otherwise cab is 100$ as well unless you bargain. 2) It is away from downtown Tulum 20-30 minutes and it is not east...

「This gem of a place is absolutely heaven. It was above and beyond our expectations. The place is beautiful, right on the water with the perfect view and vibe. The food is unbelievable and the staff is incredible, they all made us feel so welcomed and took care of everything we needed. We will definitely come back.」
