「Breakfast was delicious. Rooms were clean. Staffs were helpful and nice. Unfortunately, the seaweed overran the entire beach, which wasn't anyone's fault. It's a shame we weren't able to use the free kayaking or swim at the ocean. The swimming pool was a good substitute though. The road is horrendous though, so make sure you drive safely.」

「I was disappointed with the Preferred Club experience at Dreams Tulum. We paid extra for Preferred Club, but the resort was undergoing renovations and several of the amenities we expected were unavailable. There was only one Preferred Club bar on the beach, open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and on some days it was closed due to inspections. The other Preferred Club bar/lounge was closed because of renovations. For the additional price we paid, I don’t feel the Preferred Club experience was worth...

「The host/owner was amazing. However the property was very very dated and needs a major overhaul and upgrades. My shower did not work properly. And over it was just a terrible experience.」

「I liked hotel design, building, rooms, cleanliness and pleasant staff, free Kayak for sea/ocean BUT 1) Does not have variety of restaurants in the hotel or around it ( IT IS A BIG DEAL ). Entire area has hotel restaurants & food is 3/5 rating. BTW Be aware!!! shuttle 24/ Hours from Hotel to Airport is 120$ as per Hotel management and we paid 75$ by Cab ( we got lucky) otherwise cab is 100$ as well unless you bargain. 2) It is away from downtown Tulum 20-30 minutes and it is not east...
