"We stayed in the Parkview walk up building, as we have before. I always reserve the Parkview King Suite to suit the 3 of us. Room was clean and comfortable with daily excellent maid service. The restaurant has only pre made reservations, so we made one prior to our trip but could only get in late one night past our 6y old bedtime, so no restaurant for us. It was rainy our whole 9 day stay, so restaurant not open most of our days anyway. Breakfast was at least day old reheat food at menu price. Avoid breakfast there. So, no amenities other than in room fridge and microwave. But, we stay here for the location. San Souci is the best town beach. I recommend Kaimana for location, cleanliness and above average service. "

"My stay was good. The LBLE lounge is terrible. The food isn’t good at all. They have a happy hour twice a night. The food items are cheaper than non-happy hour but the portions are smaller per the wait staff. The MAC 24/7 restaurant is not open even close to 24 hours. In fact breakfast only. I got the buffet as it came with our package. It was edible but under staffed. Silverware, glasses and plates were often scarce. The tile in the lobby and poolside were extremely slippery and the bath tubs. I almost fell in the tub twice, and my friend fell in the hot tub area. I saw several others almost fall poolside. "

"We have been staying there every year for the last 5 years, hotel seems to be needing updates, bathroom doesn’t have an exhaust fan or standalone light, carpet starting wear, beds are very soft. Main complaint would be the breakfast, it’s progressively gone down hill, served pineapple that tasted like canned, sometime no scrambled eggs but commercial premade, no more boiled eggs, some of breakfast staff a bit grouchy this time. For us breakfast was the kicker, may consider another place next time."

"Wifi was pretty fast. Outdoor pool was clean and chairs were comfy. We went to Hawaii at a bad time, it was during the Kona storm. Power at the hotel was out multiple times on our first night. The staffs were all scrambling and restaurants were ill prepared. We had to extend our stay due to the second wave of the Kona storm ; staffs were accommodating. Check out were seamless and we even got a coupon for taxi. Overall our experience was pleasant. I would recommend the hotel to anyone with little ones since it was super close to the beach. "
