"Good, nice clean hotel. Nothing too fancy but the location can't be beat. "

"If you want a place where you can rest your head for a night or two then this is the place. It was clean, convenient and cheap lol. The room was super small and the bathroom was extra small but I just needed a place for one night so it was fine for me. The staff at the front desk were so nice though and they also held my bag by the front desk so I could explore for the day. Didn’t try the bar or the parking so I can’t speak on those. "

"The area is very noisy and it was very difficult for me to rest well. Also, the elevators were down most of time during my stay. I had to take stairs a few times. "

"We stayed on the West side, 8th floor and it was amazing. The room was large, staffwere friendly, and pool hours were great. Coffee place in concourse was awesome. Valet parking was easy. Would stay again."

"Rooms were clean, beds were small as they are double, the pool table and fuse ball table in the lobby were great for the kids! Location couldn’t be better"

"Unfortunately we had a very unpleasant week. The first couple of days cigarette smoke was coming into our room and eventually got moved to another slightly better room. we then had awfully loud neighbours who seemed to never leave their room but the musi. was so loud it would wake us up at all hours of the night. Admittedly these incidents are beyond the hotel's control; however the way they deal with them is what matters and that's what we had a problem with. Management seem to be never available, nobody is on duty until 7:30 we were told, most staff we encountered at this hotel seemed to not care about anything (except awesome Rachel in the restaurant). There was never any follow up about any complaints, nor explanation as the hotel procedures with guest concerns, even after 6 nights out of seven when security or management was called. Our resort fee, which is silly anyway, was eventually waived but we had to ask for that to be done, not proactively offered. Not a pleasant stay at all, and did not leave feeling like the staff cared at all."
