The staff was fantastic. Doug made us feel welcome at the start with a great upgrade offer. The suite was amazing. The location is a perfect launching pad for a beach vacation. The room was nice. In one of the bathrooms the handle of the toilet was broke so it was hard to flush. During the majority of the visit the cable was not working which was really annoying especially when we couldn’t watch the superbowl from our room. There was construction going on that was ok but also annoying. We upgraded to have a washer and dryer and the combo system was terrible. It was so loud and if I wanted to dry my clothes it didn’t dry them very well. Other than that it was a great location and a very nice view. The staff were all friendly and helpful when we had questions.
