"Excellent stay! The rooms and facilities are all clean and in great shape, the lobby area is gorgeous, the beds are comfortable, the views from rooms are fantastic. Perfect location. Rochelle at front desk (and her manager - I don’t have a have name) was a rock star helping me when there was an issue with my reservation and resolved it to my satisfaction.
The only complaint I have, and this is very minor, is that there was a weird odor in the hallway throughout our stay. Nothing looked dirty or anything so I don’t know what it was."

While the hotel does offer on-site self-parking, it comes with a hefty price tag of around $47 per day, which is a significant extra cost on top of the room rate. What's worse is that the parking is described as "limited" and is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. This creates a stressful situation, especially when you've rented a car to explore the island and rely on having a secure spot to park it at the end of the day.
For a hotel in a major tourist hub, the lack of guaranteed parking for guests is a serious issue.
