"Absolutely awful! You can get a hotel for the same price or less on the beach. This place isn't anywhere close to the ocean. Not to mention the breakfast was awful, orange juice that tastes like water, generic, thin bacon! The temperature control in the rooms wasn't user friendly and froze when I slept. Dirty sheets. "The property was beautiful, we probably enjoyed the lanai the most. It had a view of the ocean and was so wonderful to hear the waves and feel the ocean breeze. Property was very clean and well stocked. The host was phenomenal at responding quickly to any message or question I had. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it."

"We’ve been to Oahu many times before, Maui, Kauai and the Big Island and hands down - this property was AMAZING! Plenty of space for my family (me, hubs and two adult children) - it had everything we needed. Very clean, and spacious - the ocean view was wonderful, I loved sitting on the lanai drinking my coffee in the morning and my wine in the evening. Property was excellent! Pools, fitness center and the location was perfect. We’re all runners so running on the path next to the beach and on the main road next to golf course was also very nice. Walking distance to the ABC store (it has a diff name, but it’s essentially ABC to us) for spam musubis and other treats/food/drinks was very convenient! We also enjoyed the cafe, and shopping in the Ko Olina center. It’s a ways from main attractions and traffic can be bad if you do venture out, but we picked this location to stay clear of Waikiki! Much more quiet! We had a wonderful time and would absolutely recommend this place - hope to be back soon!"

"Had a fabulous time, room was nice and clean. I was a little bummed out, We did not have beach view. They called it mountain view instead . It was more of refineries and little boats out there. But wasn't to bad. Pool were beautiful and clean. Loved all the activities available. I really didnt need to call the host for anything. Although when we had the power outage the hotel proved us with glow sticks that worked out fine until power came back. Everyone here were very pleasant.I would definitely come back..."

"This property is in a beautiful and well kept part of the island. The lagoons are great for swimming and just enjoying the sun. The gardens, views, and pools are beautiful. The beach bar is nice, but predictably expensive. The environment is noticeably more calm and tranquil than the downtown hotel scene at Honolulu/Waikiki. We never felt crowded or overstimulated. Having said that, if you plan to spend a lot of time in/around Honolulu/Waikiki, it’s about a 45 minute drive when traffic is considered. Check in was easy and our host quickly explained everything with a short but useful tour. Highly recommend this place unless you want to be downtown every day."

"I didn't get to see much of the spa because you needed to book a facial or massage to use it. I had a pedicure but that didn't count for some reason. Would be nice if you could just pay a small fee if all you wanted to do was get access to the spa area for the day. And maybe put a few indoor plants in there; because there's no windows so it feels a little claustrophobic."
