"Absolutely awful! You can get a hotel for the same price or less on the beach. This place isn't anywhere close to the ocean. Not to mention the breakfast was awful, orange juice that tastes like water, generic, thin bacon! The temperature control in the rooms wasn't user friendly and froze when I slept. Dirty sheets. "Had a fabulous time, room was nice and clean. I was a little bummed out, We did not have beach view. They called it mountain view instead . It was more of refineries and little boats out there. But wasn't to bad. Pool were beautiful and clean. Loved all the activities available. I really didnt need to call the host for anything. Although when we had the power outage the hotel proved us with glow sticks that worked out fine until power came back. Everyone here were very pleasant.I would definitely come back..."

"This property is in a beautiful and well kept part of the island. The lagoons are great for swimming and just enjoying the sun. The gardens, views, and pools are beautiful. The beach bar is nice, but predictably expensive. The environment is noticeably more calm and tranquil than the downtown hotel scene at Honolulu/Waikiki. We never felt crowded or overstimulated. Having said that, if you plan to spend a lot of time in/around Honolulu/Waikiki, it’s about a 45 minute drive when traffic is considered. Check in was easy and our host quickly explained everything with a short but useful tour. Highly recommend this place unless you want to be downtown every day."

"I didn't get to see much of the spa because you needed to book a facial or massage to use it. I had a pedicure but that didn't count for some reason. Would be nice if you could just pay a small fee if all you wanted to do was get access to the spa area for the day. And maybe put a few indoor plants in there; because there's no windows so it feels a little claustrophobic."

"Upon check-in we were given the wrong room number. We took our luggage/groceries up & struggled with keycards to get in the room until the guests staying there opened the door to confront us. We returned to the front desk & they then gave us the correct room number, but our keycards wouldn’t open that room either. It was a very awkward/unpleasant check-in after traveling all day. The building location, pools & lagoon beach were all amazing! We’ve stayed at Aulani and Marriott, but we preferred these condos in between as they were much quieter & very relaxing, Easy walk to the other lagoon beaches, restaurants & the shopping center down the street. Nice to have garage parking, but our space was far from the unit. We’ve stayed in several similar style luxury condos, but for the rate we paid, we were disappointed with the overall condition of this unit. The dishwasher was cracked & broken with a piece of tape on it saying “do not use.” The dining chairs fabric were all stained, so we ate our meals at the kitchen counter (only 2 stools) or in the deck chairs. Overall, the furniture was all worn, chipped & not up to the quality of the complex/rate. The patio had a bunch of empty planter pots. The kitchen was very sparse, not enough plates/cups to match occupancy of 6, so we had to wash dishes every meal & use random items. Cooking pans were limited & old/damaged. We booked here for a luxury kitchen to cook in, which it was not. We’ll come back but only if we stay in another unit. "
