"Extremely dated facility, old musty smell to the room, breakfast food was poor, eggs were cold, items not refilled. The airport shuttle was extremely late and terribly overcrowded at pick up. Despite the hotel having guests arrive 10 minutes early for airport drop off, the shuttle was 15 minutes late in picking up guests for airport drop off. Overall experience was poor and would not recommend this hotel. "

" I had a reservation for two nights…they did not clean up the room, change towels, or make the beds after the first night. When we brought it to their attention we were told that since we were staying for two nights only they weren’t going to change the towels or clean up the room. Plus they charged about $ 50 per night for parking. Also, we had purchased the breakfast option… they gave us 4 vouchers for the two days we were staying, but the next day when we tried to have breakfast we were told that we could not sit in the dining room and we had to eat our breakfast (which was delivered in a plastic bag) at the lobby.
