SUPER polite/helpful people at the front desk- this place is centrally located to everything and the views of the city are beautiful. Free admission to bishop museum and Honolulu academy of arts was nice and housekeeping every 3 days

What I like about the property, the hotel room was spacious, 2 tv’s in the room . Kitchen stove top and microwave, with kitchen utensils and parking available at the hotel garage.

The room had a beautiful view and was in a wonderful location. Parking took a minute to figure out but its not a long walk to the elevator which leads straight from the parking garage to the main lobby. However, the room was a little dated and had certainly seen better days, the carpets were clean but need to be redone as they were pulling up around the edges, and the bathtub needs a fresh coat of paint. Otherwise this was a great stay and I would definitely come back.

Hotel is very close to the port. You can walk a few blocks, approximately 15 minutes to get to the port. The Uber ride is about 5 minutes. Property is very clean & extremely friendly and helpful staff.

Alot of various small eateries in the area. Almost all closed on Saturday and Sunday. 7-11, McDonald's, Subway, and a noodle restaurant, and Korean fod store open on the weekend. All adjacent the hotel. Good location to make use of something like Uber for transportation. Or get familiar with the city bus.

Great staff at front desk: helpful with securing an extra night's stay because of hurricane, excellent with bus directions and how to top up my HOLO public transportation card, perfect with procuring a taxi to Pier for the cruise!!!!! Perfectly cleaned establishment! Wonderful doing laundry in-house! I a million years would stay again and again and again! Central to all buslines for all things I needed north, south, east, and west in Honolulu!

I had to switch rooms four times in a span of three days. The staff and manager were super nice and helpful, but traveling with a family it was a lot to have to move so much times due to issues in the rooms. The parking is also very expensive $45 a night.
