"The room room was very clean, pool was great, AC worked well. Friendly and helpful staff. Chinese food restaurant was basically attached to the hotel; very convenient. 3-4 minute walk to get the W-line bus for downtown Waikiki (beach). Can also get the skyline train at same location. 10 minute train ride to Pearl Harbour Memorial. Free shuttle to and from airport was great and less than 10 minutes. My only small dislike, and not a big deal, they had karaoke almost every night in the bar. "

"friendly staff, quick service, requested more towels and toilet paper and it arrived within 5 minutes. Loved the shops on the first floor and food trucks located right across the street where the workers were just as kind. Our AC stopped working our last night there, then our socket blew after plugging in a phone charger. All in all great service and great experience. I would stay here again."

"The staff was great, the room was quiet and comfortable with a nice view. The restaurant 100 Sails (we went there once, on one of the 5 nights we stayed) is very good as well. Proximity to the Ala Moana mall and park is nice. Excellent value relative to the nearby hotels that are actually on Waikiki Beach. The gym is relatively small, but there were generally only a few people in there (perhaps because it was small?). "

Beach towels provided are a welcome addition to enjoy the world famous Waikiki beach which is a mere 10 minute walk. "What an awesome little gem. Yoga in the morning followed by a hot tub. Kayaks and SUP boards to float around in the afternoon. We took a 2-person kayak out to the sandbar and had turtles swimming under us! At the end of the day there is live music on the deck. Great spot"

"Great property, location, staff, upkeep, room etc. This is a pricey choice but in my opinion we got our money's worth. All rooms are good size and very updated and have balconies. Staff was attentive, water was provided daily as well as some small goodies. The beach is very small but other beaches are close. The location is spot on Waikiki, an easy walk to the main street and all its amenities, tour busses, restaurants etc."
