チルズ・ヒル ホテル

「浴室に換気扇がない。 冷蔵庫もない。」

「NO AC. It doesn't specifically say therre is but it also doesn't say there isn't. And there was a heat wave. We got one small fan for the room. It was too hot to stay there. We had to find another hotel to go to in middle of the night.」

「Great apartment. Close to tube, High St shops, restaurants etc. Modern & good facilities. Good communication. However, it is NOT close to Leicester Square as advertised 」

「There seemed to be lazy maid service as the same room ( room 6) we used never had the floor swept or vacuumed. The TV in our room never worked and the last night no cups were left. One window in the bedroom near the bathroom was broken and could not be properly latched. Trash and bags of dirty laundry remained in the hall at times for days. The window near the reception door is cracked. We liked the location, very convenient to the station and there is a shared kitchen which is available.」

「Great location. 5 mins walk to underground. Area felt clean and safe. 」

「The room was nice - clean, spacious and well furnished. The check-in process was chaotic and confusing. We were asked by a cleaner to pay a deposit via bank transfer because there was no manager on site. The cleaner couldn’t even give us a receipt. We eventually got our deposit back several days later. The location was fine - quite near to the tube station.」

「I stayed in five nights and had two minor issues. The first thing is in-room safety box was not working when I checked-in while the second thing is that the room key was expired before check-out. Although the issues, hotel staff was very quick and flexible to fix them. I was able to stay very confortable thanks to them.」
