「Comfy bedroom, everything in good working conditions. All necessary things from USB ports to TV where I could connect my Firestick. Nice bathroom, awesome shower.」

「Great for access to our convention, internet and food options can be a little iffy but it was extremely busy, the staff though were wonderful and helpful, it was easy to find and get around and being disabled they were so eager to make it more comfortable and manageable for me. 」

「Walking distance from World Resort Arena and Birmingham International train station. Super convinient if yiu are attending a concert or event nerby. Price is extremely low considering for the area. Ower is super nice and had no problem reaching him to sort out payment issue. Highly recommend 👌 」

「Our room was quieter this time as it was on the opposite side of the hotel. Room seemed nicer. However, the room was very hot as no temperature control facilities in this room. We ate in the restaurant - the lamb shank was amazing. Pool and sauna etc were quiet which was nice.」
